Independent Tool

PackWatcher is an independent collector tool. PackWatcher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Game Freak, Creatures, PSA, Beckett, CGC, eBay, TCGplayer, Walmart, Target, GameStop, any other retailer, marketplace, grading company, or rights holder. Pokemon and related names, marks, images, and card data are property of their respective owners.

Eligibility

PackWatcher is intended for users age 13 and older. You must be 18 or older to connect or use an eBay seller account or any feature that requires an adult marketplace account. You are responsible for complying with marketplace, payment, shipping, tax, and resale rules that apply to you.

Estimates and No Purchase Guarantee

Prices, stock status, scanner values, centering results, product listings, local availability, shipping, pickup, delivery details, alerts, and ROI calculations are estimates for convenience only. You must confirm current price, stock, seller, shipping, pickup, delivery, grading, and purchase terms directly with the retailer, marketplace, grading company, or buyer before acting.

PackWatcher does not guarantee that any product will remain available, that alerts will arrive before sellout, that scanner values will match sale prices, or that centering results predict any professional grade.

Centering and Grading Precheck

Centering Check is a pre-screening measurement tool only. It is not an official grade, AI grade, guaranteed grade, authentication result, or prediction of a final PSA, Beckett, CGC, or other grading-company result. Professional grading also evaluates corners, edges, surface, print defects, staining, focus, creases, alteration, authenticity, and overall eye appeal.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse PackWatcher, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operations, scrape or abuse PackWatcher, bypass retailer or marketplace security systems, submit unlawful or infringing content, or use the product for unlawful activity.

Subscriptions and Founder Access

PackWatcher may offer Free, Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, and Founder lifetime plans. Paid access, usage limits, and billing terms may vary by plan and are managed through the Account tab when billing is enabled.

You may cancel a subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of the current billing period when a billing period applies. Subscription charges are not refundable unless required by law. Founder purchases are refundable for 7 days unless the purchase or account has been abused, misused, or used in violation of these terms.

Changes

Team Seam, LLC may update PackWatcher, these terms, features, pricing, plan limits, and availability over time.
